Adam Foster is an Australian winemaker bold enough to attempt making wine simultaneously in Australia and France.
Renowned in Australia for his ‘Syrahmi’ Heathcote label (and to those lucky enough to have sampled it, for his small production of exquisite salami), Adam took up an offer from Pierre Gaillard in 2008 to make his own wine in the Rhone Valley in France.
