Some people are born into a family others become family through choice.
Here at Epocha it’s our sense of family that guides what we do and why we love it. Yesterday our Executive Chef Sascha Randal worked her final shift with us before she left for her next adventure. Whilst she is no longer staff, she is always our family. We are thankful for her time, energy, creativity and good humour and wait with anticipation and pride to see what life brings her next.
Where there is loss, there is also an opportunity and we were incredibly lucky to have had Chef Clinton Camilleri waiting in the wings for his chance to take the reins. With the enviable talent of combining new creativity with respected Epocha classics, we’re excited to see what the next few months brings our kitchen under a new and worthy leader.
