Since the dawn of time, the hospitality industry has been divided by endless debate between two equally formidable forces – Front of House and Back of House. Who really does reign supreme?
These two titans of industry will settle their feud in the ultimate contest, when they swap places for one night only to prove once and for all which team rules. Waiters who cook? Chefs without their knives? Anything could happen!
