Make your own wine in our backyard, then enjoy lunch after a hard day’s work. Months later, return to sample the fruits of your labour over a local feast.
Epocha and good friend David Carlei, Domaine Carlei G2 winemaker, will make your winemaking dreams a reality! The day will start with grape selection, crushing, stomping, and barrelling, followed by a drink and light lunch in our Maybelle Room. Later in the year, you’ll be invited back to sample your wine with a feast by our chef, Mick Bolam. It’s the event that keeps on giving, from harvest to table. Please join us in celebrating our expression of earth and vine.
